Fruits and provita's during the day cant make me gain weigh can it ? Its the wrong choices I make before dinner that has me off track.

During the day im fine but when I get home ...... I eat ever thing I see . Last night I had Knickknaks, My husband bought it just because it was on special. Shame he a dear soul but dam man chips is my kryptonite. If is offered I cant say no thank you, so we shared the bag then I ate my super. I know the smash was also not a good choice and then I went on to eat watermelon therefor I have my self to blame for gaining 0.5kg

Tonight I will be strong I will eat a desert bowl of vegs stew without the rice and patato and see how it goes. I can not quite I want this 60 kg to GOOOOOOOOOOO. Mind over matter all

sugar = calories and carbs = calories - up your lean protein intake during the day and you will not be so hungry at night... happy to help, just ask

also go for low GI fruits. things like watermelon and mango and oranges have lots of sugars. most berries are always good.

What eating plan are u following? You dont need to give up junk foods to lose fat/weight, just choose to eat them on weekends and keep weekdays free of the junkfoods. Also keep in mind that when u consume carbs your body stores it as glycogen and for every 1g of glycogen, your body will store 2.7g of water and this shows on the scale as weight gain. Also keep in mind if you weigh yourself everyday you will drive yourself nuts because weight will fluctuate daily. Many of us weigh everyday for observation but only choose the weight on same day every week as an official weight to compare to previous week to see if it's been a gain or loss.

Remember to capture everything you eat honestly, in that way at the end of the day you will see where you over stepped..

Quit the snacking, quit carbs like bread, rice ect. Not all carbs mut most.Have a decent breakfast like 2 eggs, tomato, mushroom and onion and apple. 5hours later lunch chicken breast and vegs with low carb content, evening red meat/chicken/fish/pork, lean cut, skin removed. ostrich with salad and salat

Sorry I commented a bit early, salad without cheese and have a fruit. If you can't keep 5 hours between your meals have fruit. I changed to that and it works maybe it Wil help you as well

Limit fruit to 2 a day. 1 apple and choose other fruit. Also try exercising even if it is 20 mins

I see you struggle when you get home, Keep your fruit and have it then. Hope this helps

It is always difficult to stick to the plan when you get home. I think the will power is less then. I always eat my supper first, that way I am full and cravings are less. This also gives me over 4 hours to digest and use up whatever calories I have eaten. Sleeping on a completely empty stomach. When the cravings come I either have tea, no sugar, with a rice cake or chew gum. If it feels worse I just go to sleep. Sometimes I even have coffee, seeing it does not keep me awake like what others.
