very frustrated. I've even started exercising and it seems Ive hit a stall again:(

A calorie deficit will fix that, if u already do this...are u using cups to measure the food (not just guessing) or weighing ur food?

no I own a food scale one of my first purchases ...and I love it I weigh everything. i have done carb cycling in the past but what is calorie deficit? over the holidays i dint even reach my BMR i was ill actually

I'm no good at eyeing things. my brother who's been keto for 5 years laughed at me.....a timer for everything and a scale....but it helps me

at least 8-10 8 oz a day sometimes more......oh today I bought a pair of jeans a 10 instead of 14!! rewarded myself with a spiralizer. granted it was 50% off but still....
