Ouch! 199.6. Spring break was very unkind to me. :p Planned all weekend to get back on track starting today. So far, so good...I worked out this morning, had 2 bottles of water already, and old fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon and 1/2 a diced apple for breakfast. I have a long list of errands to accomplish today, so will probably have a lower fat Subway sandwich for lunch, and tilapia for dinner. Got to get this weight back off. May crank up the Wii Fit a little later also.
