Does anyone have an alternative to Xylitol to sweeten coffee? It messes up my macros the most so i would like to use something else? And i am definitely against any artificial sweeteners.

Xylitol is not absorbed by your body, it just "passes through", which is why some people get a runny tummy. It doesn't mess up your macros because it is not actually absorbed. You need not put it in on your day's dairy.
An alternative is Stevia, which is a herb an stabilises blood sugar as an added benefit.
