OMG! I don't konw what it is about the wkends! But weight wise they are TERRIBLE! And discouraging... but I know how I want to look or at least how I don't want to look.

I'm going back to the Slim Fast shakes and I have to try and eat more veggies. Something has got to give. I keep fighting with the same 3 lbs.

I did go looking at trucks this weekend. And I was thinking that maybe if I lost all the weight I want, I can buy a truck next year for my birthday. It just depends. I guess when I get closer to paying my current car off and start saving that money I can determine if I would like to do that.

175 days to go....25 weeks!!!! Can I at least loose 1 pound????

Hang in there. Weekends are my downfall too. I feel like I undo, in two days, what is worked so hard for in five days. Why do we do it. I gained over the weedend too. I know i eat more and don't watch what i eat. I was bummed when i got on the scale this morning myself. Don't get discouraged. :)
