Doing the 28 day diet. Have done it before up to day 26 when I got very sick. This time I am boosting myself with Green Food tablets.

Day 13 - Saturday did not go as well but then it really did start on Friday already with my red meat day. A Piece of Roosterkoek jumped into my plate!!!!

Day 13 was a day spent with Mom and a visit to Granny whose birthday a whole 95 on the 15th were celebrated in carbohydrated style! Day 13 was followed by a fairly cheated day 14 - and now I am going back on to day 15. Day 15 well done!

Some would say that I should move back to square 1 - start at Day 1. However, I think I will just carry on trying to do this knowing that I am not going to loose as much.
