Im trying not to weigh everyday. So I skipped this morning. It's bothering me so much only because I know by eating that pasta last night I might have gained. I have not eaten pasta in months because I was programmed to believe its bad for me but dietician said if eaten it in moderation it can be beneficial to my health .......hard to believe but tomorrow weight in will tell

I hate that the scale is not dropping like it would on the crash diets but im feeling good, not as tired and deprived.

Lets see if there is truth behind the saying if you lose slowly it wont come back on that quickly

hey YanaD8 - are you looking at other non-scale measures...like your clothes?sometimes we might not lose kilos but are losing cm's.
