Had the weekensd in Sydney, brought along my HCG and used it...drank too much...but lost the weight anyway and ate lightly...pleased with my results
68.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
