I was kicking myself because the scale is not moving since this weekend but after checking my history I relised that last week this time I was 2kg heavier. I must really try and stick to weighing once week it will be better emotionally. LOL
ok so I lost 2kg but Im still eating junk at night ....chip chips chips chips ....... I have to kick the addiction
