I now have only 7 pounds to go to get to my goal weight. I cannot believe it's actually under 10 pounds now...the goal is within reach...I just wish it would happen tomorrow. I would SO love to be on a maintenance program instead of the same foods over and over again. Well, patience is a virtue, as we know. Hope everyone is doing well.

~If everyone would just "PaNiC!" when they got to be 20 pounds overweight~
