Happy with today's weigh-in, even if I do know that it's water weight. It' boosts my confidence that I am on the right track. I know this only the third day, but I already feel better. I am less bloated and have lots of energy, motivating me to stay with the program. I know this WOE works well for me. Loving all the food ideas I see posted!
