1/19晚餐:😁 破功了🤣自動解除一週晚餐禁食令😜中餐沒吃太餓了😜回家立馬下廚房煎一隻鱸魚,再簡單炒個醬淋上去,就是一道自創的「三杯鱸魚」,簡單配個白稀飯,快速墊我整個下午空虛寂寞的胃😜 PS:再留半隻魚給老公,晚點等他回來再幫他加菜,我先開動了,好餓😁
