Trying low carb diet for two weeks. Breakfasts (protein shake, and dinners are ok, but struggling with lunches at work as no fridge or microwave! Aim 20g carbs a day

I have a set of “Aladdin” bento boxes and take in soups, stews, salads, etc. They keep things just about warm enough for lunch if they go in piping hot and a well chilled salad is OK at lunchtime. All the best with your new regime!
