I like to use the digital scale, as it is more precise, but it is not as reliable, because the results change depending on me having clothes on or naked, or where it is placed. So I also use the non-digital one to "caliber" the digital, but the non-digital lacks precision, and it is hard to caliber it to 0 before stepping on it.
