OK folks I'M BACKKKKK!!!!! AND i started a new diet ...so lets look where it takes me. So far im doing ok...it suppose to be a 500 cal diet but i think i hit about 800 to 1000...im getting better at this ...alot has being going on with me and it time to stop!!!! cause it the end the only one getting here is ME...so wish me well ...
