Firstly I don't eat meat so that made for a tricky start for me. I love salads and eat those often. Also eggs. Haha, I have learned so many ways to cook eggs and they are filling and extremely low on carbs. Fried eggs, baked eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs. I made a pizza one day and the crust was eggs, cream cheese, and cream of tartar. It turned out to be so tasty. Also I was craving brownies one day and mixed egg whites, cream cheese, and unsweetened cocoa and two chopped up strawberries, I baked it and it came out better than expected. The entire thing had 4 carbs and was the size of a pitta bread. I have found pintrest to be very helpful for me. As well as keeping up with my food on the food chart this website has. I tend to not eat until 12 and get all my food in by 6. No wrap fajita's are amazing. Today I had fried eggs with cheese around lunch Only 2 carbs. Then later I had fajitas smothered in cheese.(onion, pepper, shrooms, tomatoes quac. salsa)15 carbs then I had cauliflower rice this evening with a buffalo fake chicken wrap. 13 carbs I use flax seed lavish wraps which are huge so I cut it into 4ths and only eat a 4th at a time. I stick to 30 carbs a day. But I do not waste any carbs on drinks. Another meal that I absolutely love is Mann's power blend mix sautéed (found in produce section at ingles by the bag)I add feta cheese. It is so so good. I can eat a cup and a half with 1/4 cup of feta and it is only 7 grams of carbs so I usually pair it with a kale salad. I measure EVERYTHING I eat. I'm not sure if I am helping at all with my food ideas but this Is a few examples of things that work for me. I make soups too from scratch. Also cheese chips! But table spoon size mounds of cheese on a pan, bake until crisp and then you have some chips you can use for low carb dips.
