Good afternoon friends, colleagues, and fellow weight loss folks, I WENT TO THE GYM TODAY!!! I am very excited to report that. I will be weighing in tomorrow, will post my current weight then (I am heavier than I was at my lowest weight on this site); will face the music, I am presenting a program tomorrow about setting goals. I am a firm believer in small goals, achievable small goals. They do not have to be strictly weight loss, exercise, more water, meal planning, etc. All small goals will lead us to our main goal, being Healthier!
