Well, so much for not eating sugar lol! There are a few days every month when I don't even try anymore... Some cycles are better than other ones, last month everything was ok but this time I lost it! Oh well, I really enjoyed the brownies and other sweet treats, now it's over and the last thing I want to do is to beat myself up!I found that the more guilt, the more difficult to get over with. Accept, and let go, and the cravings disapear...
In a coupe of weeks I will be on my way to Europe, it's pure vanity and totally silly but I really want to look good when I meet my friends and family. There isn't much time to change anything physically, but I will have a very very clean diet until I go, and won't miss any workout (I wouldn't anyway, love them too much!. It's more a mental game, knowing that I'm doing my best and making progress, to give me more confidence and feel better about myself!
Oh, and if I could remember to drink a bit more during the day, that would definitely make a difference!
