I just noticed eating eggs is adding a lot of fat to my diet! I am over nearly every day on the recommended 35% fat - cooking in butter or olive oil adds the fat like crazy! This doesn't look like a low fat omelette to me, but do you cook in butter or on one of those no-spray pans? I have always cooked in butter so will try to cut down on that.

I use either regular Pam or a coconut oil cooking spray! There's a ton of differnt oil spray options out there, and they should be in nearly every grocery store :) Hope this helps!

olive oil or coconut oil spray for cooking the eggs. If I want really fluffy eggs then will beat some butter into the scramble mixture before putting in the pan but still use a little spray so doesn't stick.

I feel your pain because I love bacon too, but my Chlosterol goes up. So I cut my bacon strip in half and only eat 1 or 2 slices, but it looks like 4 pieces! Good luck!

@Forestb2 Very simple to make. Two eggs, 2 slices Turkey breast, oz mozzarella and 2 tbs of salsa. I also use different meats and cheeses as well.

I forgot to mention. This omlet had a bit of broccoli (35g) I had left over. I tend to throw things together as I go along
