Wow, I like what I see on the scale! I hope this is visceral fat that I'm losing, and not just water! Slow and steady wins the race, I guess!
My younger sister has become a vegan, and it's really is going well for her. I'm not ready to go this extreme! Cutting sugar and portions and eating better -- more veggies and fruit -- is good enough for me!
