Hello Day 10! Well slipped a little yesterday, nothing huge, nothing crazy...knew I wasn't suppose to eat something...and did...I moved on...the positive is it was only a taste...not a whole bowl! So that is good...and I am proud of myself for not indulging.

Friday I go for my physical...so I will weigh in at the doctors to see if maybe I shedded another pound...oh please please please :)

My next attack for this lifestyle change is exercise. I have been sick with Mono...which obviously makes you incredibly tired. So with working and taking care of my kids that is all about I can handle....I am hoping that in the next couple of weeks I can get back in the groove of working out. I used to enjoy it alot...and I can of miss it...and a part of me wants to do it now...But I know I can not overdo it w/ being sick.

Also I have been thinking I leave for Vegas on Feb. 27th and I would like my weight to be at 123. I think that is doable...So that is 7lbs in 6 weeks...what do you guys think? Doable or not? would love your input.

Definitely doable!!!!! You GO girl! I know what you mean about those things that prevent you from exercising. I haven't been able to fit in exercise for the last 2 weeks and I still lost some just staying with the food program. I'm going to try my best to get the exercise in this week. It really does help.
