今天練腿突破重量了
算是腰傷全癒後的首練,雖然昨天就有去練但不敢突破。
今天深蹲前背槓一路蹲到70公斤三下;後背槓深蹲70公斤五下。
103.3 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.9 kg a Week
