I call this a pork stir fry. I cut think sliced pork chops into tiny strips. I chopped: onions, cabbage, bell peppers, zucchini, shitake mushrooms, water chestnuts, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, and green onions. I scrambled 3 eggs and set them aside. I cooked down the onions, broccoli, and bell peppers until they were vibrant. Then I added all the other ingredients, the pork, minced fresh ginger and garlic. I added a bit of soy, Chinese 5 spice and a dab of Hoisin sauce. It was really good and made enough servings for our family of 3 and leftovers today.
