I feel amazing today. I know I'm losing weight a little faster than I should be, but I have been working out every night and I don't feel weak or light headed. My body feels so strong and my head feels so much more clear. Eliminating all of the added sugar has made a world of difference. My eczema is almost gone. Is it easy? No. Is it worth it, absolutely! This weekend will be a real test. We have a Super Bowl party to attend and I know there will be endless amounts of foods and drinks.

You can do it!!! Just remember, you are stronger than any craving!! Plus, a bite of something wont kill any progress and sometimes a bite is all we need to satisfy ourselves. You can kill this party and walk out head held high knowing you were in control!! Youve got this!!!

I'm bringing several dishes to the Super Bowl party we are going to so that my hubby and I have healthy choices. There will just be too many other temptations that we would eat if we did not have some good viable options.

Along with your veggies have at least 4 chicken wings, you'll get your protein,that won't hurt anything.
