Cheat days shouldn't exist... I always end up getting lazy about what I eat and get way off track. What's important is that I'm recognizing this and I'm going to tweak my "cheat" days by

Thank you to those who suggested some supplements for me to try! I will try my best to go and purchase those. I'm also going to start taking vitamins as well.

I also started a fitness journal that I can take to the gym with me. I hate when I know what I want to do at the gym and then when I get there- I'm completely lost. So this journal will help because it will have all the exercises planned out into circuits and repetitions.

I did a weigh-in this morning and I was at 200 lbs. But after today's "cheat day", I'm not sure it's going to stay that way... Here's to starting fresh tomorrow and finishing off the week strong. My official weigh-in will be on Sunday! Stay tuned!
