aku tiap hari makan gado-gado mbak,, tapi tanpa lontong telur sama kentang,, jadi cuma sama sayur dan banyakin tahunya,,, seporsi udah 600kalori sendiri kalo aku hitung sendiri-sendiri,,, jadi maknnya bisa buat seharian

selebihnya aku tambahi dada ayam geprek (bukan tepung) buat dompleng protein biar lebih tinggi proteinnya
