ouch. I have worked out this week and still only lost .4 of a lb.
I was good too. Its frustrating. But at least the weight didnt get back on from last week. I was afraid it might all be water weight....

71.8 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's good you didn't gain...i know it's hard for us when we workout so hard and to only Maintain or lose .4 ...what we need to do is not be so hard on ourself's..it'll come off..Stay positive..we'll get there..good luck
