05/25/12 Got home from work and started to post my exercise..not doing alot but still wanted to be honest with myself about it. I went into the Exercise area and put in 12 min for the Bike. Once I posted it I discovered that I had done almost 24 hours on the bike...nevermind the whole "resting" and "sleeping" thing!! Who knew?? So I put a post on the Exercise Forum asking how to delete it and a few members came to my rescue....however it wouldn't let me remove the near 24hrs of Biking so I decided to try and substitute with ANY exercise and to my surprise when I went back into it ..I have now done 24 hours of Badminton....Oh yeah...It's all good! I've given up on todays exercise entry and will forever be morified OR very proud that I somehow managed to achieve 24hrs of Badminton in one single day! Good for a laugh anyway.....I'll try another day with that.
