yes ma'am, you at least understand taht calories are not calories. You must fuel your body with things it can use. Bad Fat it can't use lol except to pack on the weight of course. I would recommend looking at the recipes I posted, and make 2 and then use them for leftovers for lunches. If you have a family, they will love them too, I promise. If you don't tell them, they won't know the difference!
