I started a 28 day challenge on Tuesday. Today is day 4. So far so good. I have not had any forbidden foods and have been doing the exercises. Hopefully this will be the boost I need to push me in the right direction. I am also doing a challenge through this site. It is week four and I have been doing my crunches everyday!!
