Had a depressing day today. It is so ugly outside, cold, wet, snow, ice, rain. I long for the sun. Did not go to the gym today because the roads were soooo bad. I think that is adding to the depressing day. Did ok on my diet today, but really miss my activity. Go away winter!! Bring on spring~~ I may go walk up and down my steps for some exercise. Boring. Must keep on keeping on!!
