I love Crystal Light tea. The peach flavor is my favorite followed by lemon tea. Both have no sugar and only 5 calories per glass.

Ice water is not good for the body. It should be room temperature I think

@Sophiahas - The body doesn't absorb the cold water as quickly as room temperature water but I don't think it's horrible to drink it cold. But yes if you truly want to maximize absorption then it should be room temperature. Some people can't drink it room temperate... like this guy right here... *pointing at myself*

maxie4 me too lmao but getting a lot better it’s a work in progress but we can do it :) As for it being cold yes i know it’s not the best but i was told water is water and consume it anyway i can!!
