I'm between 194 and 195 and gonna bank low weight today whatever it is - I'm on track and tomorrow gonna do it - 192 will be mine - I wish all success - I've done 2 hours recumbent bike so far - broke for lunch but going back on after break, should just keep going without lunch , just another challenge , I love it , Give it to me - mine just pedals with no hills etc but I ride like I have some serious business to do - if I do 192 today I'm banking that - This week has been a great week with goal setting - Challenges have done me great- Discomfort , desire, passion , gratification have been experienced this week - On another note , I got some good motivational movies for you and watching while I ride my bike - Rookie with Dennis Quaid , a concert with lady antebellum with their group story , was on cable , Invincible with mark wahlberg - for love of rhe game with Kevin Costner - these I have on TiVo - Gold rush , deadliest catch I also enjoy - Man I'm hungry and I ain't tawkin abowt fude and eye ain't tinkin - eye braken intue Missouri tawk agin - gotta smash this - BYE til eye make this
