UGH! I have been doing so good and today I fell off the wagon!!! I ate a piece of gluten free coffee cake. Guess I needed the sugar?

Getting back on my regime tomorrow!!

i confess i ate a 2" x 1" brownie at my friends house =it was really small but i could have ate the whole tray back in the day so i think i won 2day
