Just thinking about my weigh-in this week. Am going to go in on Wednesday or Thursday. I am hoping that I am down at least another 1.2 and that would make the 10 pound loss for me. I am working out and keeping a good attitude. Even have my husband thinking about losing a few pounds!!!! Hope everyone is well.

I go in for three weigh ins a week. I thought everyone did that? Hmmmm.

Ready --- I "bit the bullet" and did a WI today. Was thriled this time, down 3.8 pounds!!!! Alto -- yeah, we are to go in 3x a week.....but when I was doing the plateau, I didn't do that - it was soooooo discouraging!!!! Plus, I live 25 or more miles from the center. laura

My center told me that they suggest three times a week but two was fine with them. I think three times is a lot to weigh in and I think that can lead to frustration when it doesn't come off. I think going in once a week would be ideal.

I go to weigh in once a week but sometimes two times if I can spare the morning. I always go at the same time and don't have ANYTHING at all before I weigh in, no coffee, water, bar, etc. Congrats on your accomplishment of getting into the 100's, I loved that number too and now I am trying to get out of the 170's and IT IS KILLING ME.... I am off for the summer (I'm a teacher) so I am able to go to weigh-in right away in the morning. I find that to be the best time. I go back to work toward the end of August and am worried about weighing in at the end of the day. I'm trying to figure out the best time.
