Is that a real question? Can’t tell if it’s rhetorical.

I mean I know it's not a real work. But can I count it has a work out? I'm doing a deep cleaning? So technically its not a workout like I would do a dvd. Can I still count it?

I would like to think so. You are moving.

Every time you move it's physical activity. Workouts/exercise is structured eg walking a mile, lifting weights, the rest of physical activity is not structured eg gardening, cleaning. All physical activity is great. With the all the new inventions the main goal is to reduce human effort or physical activity. For me more physical activity is better, equals the less exercise/workouts you need to do. Apart from burning calories you get stuff done! so go get it.
