I am growing each and every week, I have outgrown my pants and shirts; however, I am still being kind and loving to myself, because I have been here before. Have you tried Ideal Protein? Phase 4 is all about maintining the ideal weight.

Ideal Protein looks a lot like Medifast, which I've tried. I lost weight, but of course, gained it back. Same with Weight Watchers, Atkins, Hydroxycut, starving, and extreme exercising. I've tried it all!
