A short week has started - Friday is off as it's a Good Friday, good stuff! I went to gym on Saturday, so today is another gym day. The weekend was great, lots of shopping center walk and going around and shopping AND eating out twice I believe... again that Subway... Love it! And I also opted for some healthy food; premium chicken dinner with rice & salad, not so bad, only the portions are huge... but that's all I had until the end of the day on Saturday, after the workout. I had also some bad and some healthy snacks and I resisted the late night snacks (even veggies) before the bed! I am again on soup for lunch at work this week, having oranges, clementines and yogourts as snacks... gotta admit I had a granola bar minutes ago and will sometimes dipp a few crackers into a peanut butter jar! lol... that's the worse that can happen and I am cutting on it big time!
