Day 3 of 1600-calorie diet. Not feeling well today, sore throat, ears, etc. Only exercised 40 minutes slow bike, plus 20 walk w/Amy. (Nathan graduated 8th grade today). I realize that 50% of my calories are carbohydrates (and 25-30% fat), and I'm curious if that is ok or too much. Right now I'm just focused on calories with good carbs, later I'll work on reducing carbs and fat. I would love to join Curves, if only they would do month-to-month, I just hate contracts.
