How does everyone track food that isn’t in the database and you don’t have the nutritional information on it? I brought 4 maple fresh breakfast sausages from Kroger and no idea on how to track it? By the way they are pretty good too! I only ate one this morning not all 4.

If it was made in the store, you can typically go to the store website and locate nutritional info for their brand of things. Hope this helps. If that doesn’t work just search the stat base and find the absolute closest thing to what you ate so you can at least have an idea of what your numbers may be.
