低碳Day6~77.6(-2.3)
第一次做生酮麵包分光了
吃四片配兩杯咖啡太脹@@
晚上吃薑母鴨煮高麗菜沒飯
但隔天必沒瘦哈哈哈
77.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
