低碳Day17~76.4(-3.5)
今天開始吃酪梨半顆
早餐吃正餐便當沒吃麵包
下午吃一口蝦米飯
配味增過珠魚湯還有木耳炒蛋
晚餐吃麵包一塊配酪梨
一盤蝦子還有煙燻鮭魚
配一堆鴻喜菇。吃酪梨超飽。
可惜只有產季才有
12月中開始就沒酪梨
76.4 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
