低碳Day25~75.3(-4.6)
吃了一口麵包
今天代理公公去吃辦桌,
滿滿的蛋白質超讚,但菜超少
下午3點開始一直忙
隔天擺攤的準備工作
到9點才吃火鍋,再吃一點堅果。
75.3 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
