低碳Day50~72.7(-7.2)
終於可以喝咖啡了
因為喝咖啡就狂咳
起起伏伏檢視吃的食物
可能吃的蛋白質不夠油
吃太多奶油鮮奶油類
下午吃燻茶鵝一大盤
夠油了吧呵
72.7 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.9 kg a Week
