Very healthy meal. I like the fact that you grilled and did not fried the chicken breast. Plus there are lots of veggies and fruit to fill you up. And no complex carbs. If I might make a suggestion, go light on the ranch dressing or opt for seasoning instead. That'll cut a few calories off the top. Also, I try to limit my protein intake to 4 oz per meal, which helps to cut another 150+ calories off. Keep up the good work.

I love Bolthouse Farms yogurt dressings!!! They are so delicious and low in calories (: I use it in my tuna instead of mayo. Definitely a staple in my house. Yummy meal!

There are some minor low calorie additions if you feel it gets to boring like....balsamic vinegar on legs and salsa on meat
