I am so hungry, I miss pizza and pasta. I am a carbaholic. I admit it. sorry I am having a bad couple days. I have been so hungry the past couple days. I ate so many veggies I knocked myself out of ketosis.I have not had any veggies in two days now. I hope this passes soon.

I can understand. I am trying something new. I find that I eat correctly at meal time but then my snacks are killing me. So, I am eating my meals and then waiting at least 1 hour before eating my dessert. I.e. Apple, Grapes, etc....

Thanks for support, my problem is I had to many veggies.😵I was told by Dr they can knock ypu out of ketosis, I found out he was right.
I back on track now. ❤ the support.

Have low carb pizza. There are a hundred recipes online. My favorite uses cream cheese and egg for the crust. If you are hungry, increase the amount of fat you eat. Twenty years ago, someone told me that if I were hungry between meals, I should swallow a tablespoon of olive oil. (You have to find a good one, because the cheap oils burn your throat.) The olive oil worked.
