hahaha aku mah makan apa ajah say, ga ada pantangannya yg penting jangan lewat kalori harian aku 1.200 hehe..
aku juga setiap hari fitness 1 jam kecuali minggu libur .. makanya ga takut makan apa ajah say 😁
