well at least its not a gain, 4 outa 7 good night eating this week, so slight improvement there. not sure how easter is going to go , we are going away with a bunch of friends with a lot of socializing... so will have to try and be extra good with food and alcohol over the next few days. our daylight saving ends this weekend as well, so i plan to make up an exercise program (after the long weekend) to keep myself motivated during the shorter dark days coming up.
