My 12 week challenge ended today. I was 2 pounds shy of the 20 pounds loss goal. Oh well....at least I am 18 pounds lighter than I was 12 weeks ago!
Knee still bothering me, so have not exercised in last 2 weeks...hope I can get back into swing of things again soon.
