I've been doing good cutting down on sugar and staying away from junk food. I haven't had soda now in 4 days, my portions have been cut down about a 1/3 and I've started some light exercises. I'm hoping this will show dramatic changes over the next few weeks as I work up to exercising more.
94.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 26.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I read your bio, and I know we can all do this together! I know how hard it is since I have been doing this sine March of 2007 and have only lost 42lbs. My short term goal is to get to 200lbs. and that alone has been a struggle. I also have cut down and am doing portion control, and I do the biggest loser dvd 5 days a week for 40 min. I now how hard it is when the time of the month hits because I too crave everything in sight! Good luck on your weight lose! I know you can do it!
